• I can highly recommend Havas home-made traditionally Turkish Tarhana soup
• Hava uses even herbs which not everybody knows

... and the contentment of the guests shows that also the main-menu stands in high rank - and everything is pure nature - mostly from own cultivation. Tahir offers also fruits from his own garden: fresh figs, melons, pomegranates and bunches of grapes. The entertainment is very familiar. If you like, you can enjoy Tahirs very adventurous and unusual stories from his life... He will tell you - if you ask.
